The story of purity. The story of health. The story of Nova Dairy. It all began in 1991, when our founders, Mr. Kuldeep Saluja and Mr. Laxmi Narain, started Sterling Agro with one BIG dream.

A dream of a healthy India by serving tasty dairy products in every Indian home. Since then, we’ve come a long, long way. Today, we run three world-class factories and handle over 26 lakh litres of milk daily. Plus, we’ve grown beyond borders, serving customers in over 33 countries, and supplying high-quality raw materials to some of the biggest household dairy brands. But, no matter how much we grow, one thing has never changed: Our promise to give you tasty dairy goodies without sacrificing the quality.

The Beginning of Nova Dairy

Our journey began way back in Hathras, just after the partition, with a small milk trading setup in the local mandi
that has grown into one of India’s most trusted dairy brands, handling over 26 lakh litres of milk every day.

First Dairy Unit

Set up our first dairy unit at Kundli, Haryana after India opened the dairy sector to private manufacturers.

New Dairy Plant

Built a new dairy plant at Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh with a milk processing capacity of 4 lakh litres per day.

Doubled Milk Handling Capacity

In just two years, we doubled milk handling capacity at Malanpur from 4 to 8 lakh litres per day.

New Drying Unit

We added a second drying unit at Malanpur, thereby increasing milk handling capacity to 12 lakh litres per day.

We were recognised as a Four-Star Export House for our strong export performance and contribution to India's dairy trade.

We set up a new Anhydrous Milk Fat plant at Malanpur to make more dairy products and keep up with the growing demand.
